Refund policy

  • You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with labels still attached.
  • The following items are non-returnable: beauty products, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories (including jewelry and bags), headscarves (including inners), and home & living products (including candles and diffusers).
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Video proof is required for complaints.
  • All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, including fees for sending exchanged items back.
  • Valid tracking information and receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges are limited to one time per order.
  • Cash refunds are available only for out-of-stock items. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 10 business days. Please contact our admin to initiate the refund process.
